A Chicago public school security guard has been suspended while investigators look into an incident captured by cell phone video.

MARLON BROWN KILLED: Man run over by Police cruiser in DeLand, Florida
25-year-old James Harris, struck Brown and then ran him over, according to FHP. Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
