Elected Mount Vernon representatives spent thousands of dollars putting new government talking cameras into dilapidated play grounds in black neighborhoods rather than use the money to renovate the playgrounds for the children to enjoy.
Residents stated that children don't even go into the playgrounds because everything is in disrepair, but viewers were shown a nice playground at the beginning of this news piece to give the impression the cameras were going to be installed there.
