The unlawful killing in the US of a young unarmed black teenager by police has raised concerns over aggressive tactics driven through the police enforcement system.
Press TV has interviewed Dr. Randy Short, Dignity Human Rights & Peace Organization in Washington over serious concerns about the systemic aggression in the US police force taken out against the civilian population where time and again police officers are exonerated for the killing of members of minority groups such as blacks and Latinos.
