Bronx man talks NYPD harassment and police brutality



Andre: "Im not a thug, I'm not a hoodlum, I'm well educated." But because he's a black man, the NYPD harass and threaten him. Andre describes one incident where police officers illegally searched his car and threatened to shoot him.

Andre is a father and a professional photographer.
